Real Time Disclosure of Contributions
All political parties and leadership contestants are required to disclose political contributions over $100.
Reporting to the Chief Electoral Officer
In addition to the disclosure of contributions with financial statements, political parties and leadership contestants are required to disclose aggregate political contributions in excess of $100 from a single source with the Chief Electoral Officer within ten business days after the contribution is deposited.
The Chief Electoral Officer in turn must publish the information on the Election Finances section on our main website within ten business days of receiving the report.
